Once you have created a sitting , you can view its details, if it has a status of Live or Draft displayed within the Sittings List.

You cannot change details of a sitting if it has a status of Expired, Closed, Started or Completed.

To change details of a sitting

1   Click the Sittings button  from the home screen.

 All existing sittings are displayed within the Sittings List.

2   Find the sitting you want to change and click the Actions button  displayed alongside it.

     The Edit button (and the Download Access Codes button) now replace the Sitting Name in the first column.

Note: If you clicked the  Show Actions button on a sitting that does not a have a Live or Draft status then the additional button(s) will not be displayed.

3   Click the Edit button  to display the Sittings Wizard.

4   Within the Sittings Wizard, click the Next button to find the page that contains the details you want to change. See Understand Sitting Details for information about each box that is displayed within each page.

Note: If you cannot click Next on the on the Test Start Period page then this is because you will need to amend one or both of the dates before you can continue.

5   Make changes to the sitting, as required.

6   Click the Next button until you reach the Summary page.

7   Click the Save Sitting button. If you added any students, then the number of credits is reduced by the number of students you added to the sitting.

The sitting you have just changed will be displayed at the top of the Sittings List and the Last Modified date for the sitting will be updated.

8   To return to the home screen, click Home button
