You can add your school logo to the cover page of selected reports, by defining the logo and then selecting the 'Include Logo in Report' check box when creating a report.

You can define the logo (or change an existing logo) within the My Organisation  area of Testwise.

It is recommended that the image file for the logo fulfils the following criteria:

  • It is in PNG, JPEG or GIF file format
  • Is a maximum of 250 KB
  • Is a maximum of 100 x 100 pixels

Note: You will need to have a School Admin user role to access the screens required for adding a logo.

To define a logo for a report cover page

1   Click the My Organisation button  from the home screen to display the My Organisation screen.

  Click the Update Logo button  to display the File to Upload box.

  Select your logo file and click Open to upload the image file.

Once the logo has successfully uploaded, it will be displayed in the Account Logo area of the screen.

4  Click the Save button.

    When you next create a report the 'Include Logo in Report' check box when may appear. If you select this box, then the logo will appear on the cover page of the report you are in the process of creating.

To return to the home screen, click the Home button
