You can view your Testwise account details from the My Organisation area .

You can make changes to some of the information displayed within this screen. Any changes you do make will affect all Testwise users within your organisation. This includes the Account Name, which appears on every screen in your system and the Account Logo, which can be displayed on the cover page of reports.

Account details contain two different types of information:

  • Account Contact Details, which will be used to identify and contact your organisation if required. These details include Account Name, Customer ID and Key Contact Email.
  • Report Details, which will be used each time a report is created. These details include Academic Year and Account Logo. 

Note: You can only access the My Organisation functional area if you have the relevant user permissions. The School Admin user role can access this area, but the Teacher role does not have access to this area.

To view or change your account details

1   Click the My Organisation button  from the dashboard to display the My Organisation page. 

2   View the information within the following read-only fields:

Parent Account Name

The organisation who purchased the Testwise licence. This could be your organisation or an organisation higher up in your account hierarchy, such as a Local Education Authority (LEA).

Date Created

The date your Testwise account was created by the System Administrator.

Customer ID

This is your unique Testwise account identifier and is used as the last part of your Testwise web address.

For example, if Testwise is accessed using the https://testingforschools.com web address and the details included in the example above, then to access your specific Testwise account, you would enter: https://testingforschools.com/school1 into your web browser.

TimezoneThe timezone in which you are using Testwise.
Academic YearThe starting month and ending month for the academic year. This information is used to define when yearly reports begin and end.

3  View or modify the information within the following fields:

Account Name

The name of your account, which could be the name of your school, academy chain or Local Education Authority (LEA).

This is the name you should give to the Technical Support Team if you contact them.

Address 1The first line of the postal address for your Testwise account.

Address 2

The second line of the postal address for your Testwise account.

Address 3

The third line of the postal address for your Testwise account.

Postcode

The postcode for the postal address of your Testwise account.

CountryThe country for the postal address of your Testwise account.
Account  Logo

The logo that will appear on the cover page of each report, if you select the 'Include Logo in Report' check box when creating a report.

You can upload your logo by clicking the Upload Logo button.

It is recommended that the logo is:

  • In PNG, JPEG or GIF file format
  • Is a maximum of 250 KB
  • Is a maximum of 100 x 100 pixels
Key Contact Email

The email address that GL Assessment will use if they need to contact your organisation or school about your Testwise account.

Key Contact Telephone

The phone number that GL Assessment will use if they need to contact your organisation or school about your Testwise account.

    When you have finished viewing or modifying information on the page, click the Save button.

       Any changes you made within the page will be saved.

5   To return to the dashboard, click the Home button .
