A student access code is a unique code that enables each student to log into the Test Lobby to complete the assessments that have been allocated to them.
In addition to the student access code, the student will also need the name of the URL to type into their web browser. All details that a student requires to take a test are displayed on their individual Student Login Details.
Once you have created a sitting you can download a sheet of Student Login Details, which contains one set of login details for each student, within the selected sitting.
The Student Login details appear within a PDF file and are in A4 landscape format. 9 student login details appear on each page. Therefore, if you have 25 students within a sitting then your PDF will contain 3 pages, the first two pages will contain 9 student login details each and the third page will contain 7 student login details. See Sample Page of Student Access Codes for an example of what the PDF file will look like.
The student login details PDF file can either be saved or printed.
If you print the student login details, you can then divide the A4 sheet into 9 sections and distribute the student login details to each individual student.
Once the student has their student login details and the test has begun, the student can log into the system and begin their assessment.
Each student login details contains the following information:
- Student Name
- Student Access Code
- Sitting Name
- Date and Time of Assessment
- Test Name(s)
- URL, which is the web address for the test(s)
